  I guess these people don't know how to answer phones. Called to place an order for a pizza and called 5 separate times, let it ring off the hook. Each time I come in at night it takes a cashier at least 5 minutes to tend to me and there's always just one working even on busy days it seems... I understand these cashiers not only ring people up but have other business to tend to, but when there are customers waiting to give you business I would think that you should tend to them first. Over all I steer clear of this place because the customer service is absolutely horrible. It shouldn't take 30 minutes to be tended to in a convenience store. Get it together, Pilot. You've lost a valued customer and I'm not the only one who feels this way.

  They have all the items and gas you need in addition to nice employees but the bathrooms were dirty.
