  The acting manager at this location "Geno" should be the manager here as he is one of the very few here who have any common sense. The manager of this place "Shannon" needs to be the janitor as she is more qualified for this position as she has no clue what being a manager is about. You don't tell a customer who only wants flaps for their chicken wings "No we don't do that" after the order was placed I was sent out a plate of mixed wings and I asked why are there drums in my order of wings? I was told by the waitress that the manager "Shannon" said this how our wings come prepackaged and they can't/won't separate them. Well let me tell you, I have been to this location over 30 times and every time I have ordered them, this way. It has never been a problem until this past Saturday. I asked to speak with the manager and they sent me out "Geno" this man could only apologize for the managers actions or should I say the lack of? He said he thought it was kind of silly to not allow this but his hands were tied. WELL LET ME TELL YOU LOGANS. THIS CUSTOMER IS LOST FOR GOOD. THIS IS TOTAL BS. Why do you all employ people like "Shannon" to be a manager when she is so far from resembling anything remotely close to this title that it is laughable? Why would you tell a customer who has been coming to this location in Dickson TN. since it opened? I used to go here at least once or twice a week for years, until now? I will NEVER step another foot into any of your locations again as a result of this "managers actions(inactions) ever again. What a bunch of CRAP. Also please don't leave your generic response about how your sorry to hear about my unpleasant experience blah blah as it is about as hollow of a response as the dining experience was. No wonder Logans had to declare bankruptcy, because your service is going downhill like a snowball headed for hell. We don't want Chuckie cheese (Shannon) filling in for Mickey Mouse, we want the real Logans experience. Not the generic one provided by :Shannon" this past Friday Night 1/13/17
